The best customer service!!  They even called after I received my service to make sure everything was working good on what they did.  You don't get that type of customer service anymore and I was extremely grateful for that call!!  It means they truly care and they did an amazing job.  Plus the kindness was above and beyond! My appointment with Colin was a total pleasure!  He arrived on time, utilized his apparently total computer knowledge, and within seemingly a few minutes, had the computer up and ready for work!

I had the good fortune to have Morgan Gates to be my technician when my computer and internet went chaotic on me last week.  As an attorney who runs a law firm, I cannot afford to have that happen. He was a lifesaver and got me up and running in a short amount of time. 
Morgan is very professional, knowledgeable and has a great demeanor with clients. Tech-4-Life is lucky to have him.  Morgan will be my go-to person from now on.  Thank you, Morgan, for everything.

I cannot recommend Tech 4 Life highly enough! I recently worked with two exceptional team members who made what could have been stressful transitions incredibly smooth.

Colin helped me migrate my business email from a third-party provider directly to Microsoft. After a frustrating experience with my previous provider, I had countless questions and concerns. Colin was incredibly patient throughout the entire process, taking the time to clearly explain what had happened with the previous setup and what to expect moving forward.
