Tech 4 Life did an outstanding job with my computers operating system would not start after i tried just about everything to get it going. It took a little work but as the operating system had to be reinstalled but they were Collin was able to save my file and folders prior to reinstalling. Tech 4 Life has gone out of their way to help when I've needed it; Most recently Morgan came to our house to help us "cut the cord" (the last people on the planet).  We are not tech-savy and needed to have our TV's set up with numerous apps and the satellite receivers removed.  Morgan was more than patient, helping us walk through the process and even came back when it was determined that we needed to replace one of our ancient TV's. I can’t say enough about Slater with Tech4Life….he is my Tech Savior many times over. Such a professional, kind, patient & knowledgeable individual. Never am I made to feel like a complete idiot. Today I had a full sheet of questions pertaining to my iPhone & MAC PC & one by one, he explained & answered each question. Absolutely outstanding. I was researching new computers when I randomly found and called Tech 4 Life to inquire about the cost of a new fan for my 5-year-old laptop. Well, I needed help again-got to turn to the best around!! Tech4Life to the rescue.  These folks are great.  I am not a computer wiz and when things start going wrong, I can count on the tech folks to explain things to me so that I can understand, get the problem fixed and know how to prevent it from happening to me again. I had the good fortune to have Morgan Gates to be my technician when my computer and internet went chaotic on me last week.  As an attorney who runs a law firm, I cannot afford to have that happen. He was a lifesaver and got me up and running in a short amount of time. Morgan is very professional, knowledgeable and has a great demeanor with clients. Tech-4-Life is lucky to have him.
